The Kano State Government has filed another suit against Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje, the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC)


- The suit includes Ganduje's while Commissioner of Justice and Attorney General, Bar. Musa Lawan, and lists four-count charges against the respondents.

- The charges include criminal conspiracy, breach of trust, criminal misappropriation, and making false statements.

- The Kano State Government claims that Ganduje and Lawan conspired to misappropriate, divert, and convert ₦240m for personal use.

- The court has yet to set a date for the commencement of the trial.
