A new study shows  the land can maintain a source  of explanation - billions of tons of hydrogen buried  under the  surface.
The best of all?  Can feed the world for  centuries.
According to  Search Geologist from Geologists, these  loved reserves  can provide  enerme enerme to reduce  fossil global  by 1,000  years.
Naturally crossed gechemical trials, this  geological medicine is estimated  in approximately 6.2  tonne), with  a potential  consibly to serve a  carbine duty energy.
While hydrogen reserves have already been identified in places like Albania and Mali, researchers believe similar deposits exist worldwide. However, much of this hydrogen is likely buried too deep or located offshore, making large-scale extraction a challenge. Even so, the study, published in Science Advances, suggests that tapping into just 2% of the estimated reserves could meet the world's hydrogen needs for 200 years, helping achieve net-zero carbon  goals.
The energy contained in these reserves exceeds that of all proven natural gas deposits, highlighting the potential of hydrogen as a clean alternative. However, experts like Prof. Bill McGuire of  London University warns that  the development of the infrastructure to extract  large -Scale hydrogen would require a massive global effort. Despite these challenges, the study  underline the need for  supple supple on geological hustogen, which could play a  seasoned role in energy
