Ottawa is also giving $3000 to each of the hundreds

In addition to spending $215 million in Gaza in the last year, Ottawa is also giving $3000 to each of the hundreds of Gazans who are travelling to Canada! Why aren't these people taken care of by the several nearby Arab and Muslim nations? Rather than helping Canadians in need, why must Canadians pay to help everyone in the world?
