The nature of Justin Trudeau's resignation plan is clearly evident. The admission cost to run for leader was raised from $75,000 to $350,000 in order to aid Mark Carney in winning the vote. Getting the Bloc and NDP to vote in favour of the government is the second step. Carney would be the leader, but he cannot be the PM until he wins a seat, therefore this might put Trudeau in the position until the election scheduled for October 20th. According to reports, Singh and YFB have both refused to cooperate, but until March 24th, a lot can change.
