Police were called to the scene around 7:30 p.m. after hearing gunshots beneath the Reconciliation Bridge close to the Drop-In Centre. One man was found with a leg wound from a bullet. His condition was stable when he was taken to the hospital. In the parking lot of a local gas station, located off 4 Street N.E. and Memorial Drive, officers seemed to be searching for evidence.
