It's Crazy 🚨 San Francisco  Landlords Forced to  Pay $117,000 to  Evict Someone Due to New City Law
"Here's how the new formula works. The  tenant's current rent is multiplied by a differential index to  match the new market value of that apartment, then that number is multiplied  by 24  months.
His example:
$2,479  (current rent)
x 1.9821  (differential index)
=  $4,915 x 24 months  (new city standards)
= $117,959 TOTAL COST TO  DRAFT SOMEONE
"The  city attorneys say  it's completely constitutional."  That's right, he's actually on video in this clip saying that
