Enugu drops his lawsuit contesting the legitimacy of the EFCC

The sixth plaintiff in the lawsuit brought by a number of states challenging the legislation establishing the Nigerian Financial Intelligence Unit Guidelines and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Enugu State, has dropped its appeal to the Supreme Court.
