NEW Biden counter-programs Kamala Harris

NEW: Just hours after Kamala Harris claimed Governor Ron DeSantis was performing a terrible job, Biden counterprograms her and asserts that DeSantis is doing a fantastic job.

This is absurd.

Biden told reporters he provided DeSantis his cell phone number since he is doing such a great job, as Harris was criticizing DeSantis on The View.

Kamala: DeSantis' failure to answer my call is completely careless.

DeSantis: In 3.5 years, Harris has not once contacted me for disaster aid.

Kamala: DeSantis is manipulating politics on The View.

Biden: I even gave Ron DeSantis my personal mobile phone number, and he's doing a wonderful job.
