The event, aimed at providing government services to migrant Filipino workers, was organized by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) and the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA). It was well-attended with 1,950 total transactions registered, serving 492 OFWs, with 282 pre-registered and 210 walk-in clients. The caravan included services from various agencies like the Department of Social Welfare and Development, Department of Trade and Industry, SSS, Pag-IBIG Fund, PhilHealth, Philippine Statistics Authority, and LandBank of the Philippines. Undersecretary Dominique Rubia-Tutay emphasized the government's commitment to the welfare of OFWs, aligning the event with President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.'s directive to support them. The caravan is part of the National Reintegration Network and will continue on August 16 at the same venue.
