(SADC) Council of Ministers Meeting in Antananarivo, Madagascar.

Nancy Tembo, Minister of Foreign Affairs, is currently participating in the Southern African Development Community (SADC) Council of Ministers Meeting in Antananarivo, Madagascar. The Council is discussing regional integration matters in anticipation of the 45th Ordinary SADC Summit of Heads of State and Government, which is set to take place on 17 August 2025.

At the beginning of the meeting, Professor Amon Murwira from Zimbabwe transferred the chairmanship of the Council to Dr. Rasta Rafaravavitafika of Madagascar, concluding his 12-month term as chair.
