Saskatchewan was the first province in Canada to enact Human Rights legislation in 1947 and, in 2023, became the first to revoke human and Charter Rights from vulnerable children.

There are several critical areas that the government should prioritize. Allocating significant resources to defending Bill 137 and pursuing this politically driven initiative is not one of them.
