"Hi Team,

We are currently seeking a skilled ServiceNow Admin to join our team in a remote capacity. As a ServiceNow Admin, you will be responsible for administering and supporting our Service Portfolio Management (SPM) module within our ITSM platform.

Your key responsibilities will include ensuring accurate configuration, data integrity, and proper user access management within the SPM module. You will also be responsible for supporting integrations between SPM and related ITSM/PPM modules, as well as providing first-line support, issue resolution, and troubleshooting for SPM-related inquiries.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with IT stakeholders to enhance service delivery and portfolio visibility, applying your strong domain knowledge in IT Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) within the context of SPM. Additionally, you will support demand management, service lifecycle tracking, and service value realization, ensuring that our services are aligned with strategic business priorities and governed across the service portfolio.
