Osun NDLEA Commander Commends Grand Mufti's Anti-Drug Campaign with Award

In a demonstration of mutual respect and cooperation, the Osun State Commander of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), Adetula Oluwarotimi, presented a commendation award to the Grand Mufti of Yorubaland, Sheikh Daood Imran Molaasan, at his office in Iwo, Osun State. The gesture comes on the heels of a successful anti-drug operation in Iwo last week, where a vehicle loaded with hard drugs was intercepted by Taawun security wing, and two suspects were handed over to the NDLEA. This achievement was made possible by the ongoing surveillance championed by Taawun security-Al Jayshu Islamy under the leadership of the Grand Mufti.

Commander Oluwarotimi praised the Grand Mufti's unwavering commitment to eradicating drug abuse and illicit substances from society.
