2. A ban on the indiscriminate use of sirens and vehicles with covered number plates.
3. A prohibition on state-owned security agencies participating in the election security operations, adhering to the Electoral Act.

Exemptions to the movement restriction are for:

1. Emergency services, such as medical personnel and vehicles.
2. Accredited officials of LASIEC.
3. Accredited election observers and media practitioners on election coverage, who must be in possession of LASIEC-certified identification tags.

Security will be tightened around polling units and collation centers, and the public is advised to report any suspicious activity by calling the emergency lines provided (08063299264 or 08065154338). The police aim to prevent any form of disruption by miscreants, hoodlums, and thugs during the electoral process. Stay informed and stay safe.
