Position: Construction Helper Number of Vacancies: 2 Salary: $26.00 per hour / 40 hours per week Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time Location: Kelowna, BC V1P 1N1 Additionally, we are also hiring for a 2nd Class Power Engineer. Job Description: The Construction Helper will be responsible for:
 - Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
 - Cleaning and lubricating cranes. - Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.
- Leveling earth according to fine grade specifications.
- Cleaning up chemical spills and other contaminants.
- Removing rubble and debris from construction sites. - Tending to and feeding construction machines and equipment. Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is required. - No specific educational requirements (e.g., degree, diploma, or certificate) are necessary.
- Prior experience is an advantage. - Flexibility in work hours is essential. - Reliability and strong teamwork skills are a must. Work Environment:
- Candidates will work in various locations as projects may be spread across different sites. Additional Information:
- Candidates must be bondable. - Must have the ability to perform manual dexterity tasks.
- Regularly handling heavy loads will be part of the job.
