Federal authorities announced that a U.S. Border Patrol agent has been charged for allegedly telling women to expose their breasts to him during the country's admissions procedure.

Federal prosecutors in the Northern District of New York accused 53-year-old Shane Millan with four misdemeanour charges of deprivation of rights under colour of law on Thursday, according to a news release. Prosecutors claimed that he deliberately violated the constitutional rights of four distinct women to be free from unjustified searches.
