Two days ago, the city of Calgary announced the Awards 2025

Two days ago, the city of Calgary announced the Awards 2025, and it was truly wonderful to witness my esteemed friend and mentor, Dr. Arthur Clark, receive the Grant McEwan Lifetime Achievement Award. Additionally, my friend and dedicated community supporter, Syed Najam Hassan, was honored with the Calgarian of the Year Award, while the former CEO of CCVO and a cherished advocate for the Arts, Karen Ball, received the Award for Arts.

There is so much to celebrate and commend these winners, along with every other recipient who was honored with these prestigious awards yesterday by the Mayor of Calgary and the Councillors! It was an honor to be in the presence of such high achievers and remarkable individuals from Calgary!
