Israeli-Canadian racer wanted by US for fraud arrested in Russia

MOSCOW, Russia — Police in St. Petersburg have detained an Israeli-Canadian racing   automobile  driving force  desired  with the aid of using  america  for alleged large-scale fraud   regarding  an   unlawful  on line  inventory  buying and selling  scheme, the city's   courtroom docket  gadget  says.
