Lilly Sullivan and Jack reported missing from their home

Lilly Sullivan, a 4-year-old girl, and her younger brother Jack, who is 3 years old, have been reported missing from their home. Jack, on the other hand, is 3 feet 6 inches tall, with dark blonde hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen in a black pull-up diaper, black jogging pants, and blue boots with a dinosaur print.
