We will allocate resources towards the acquisition of new submarines, aircraft, ships, armored vehicles, artillery, radar systems, and drones — equipment that Canada has allowed to age and deteriorate for an extended period.

Furthermore, we will undertake this reconstruction using Canadian steel, Canadian aluminum, and the labor of Canadian workers.
