Dangote Fertiliser Ltd stands as Africa's largest fertilizer plant and ranks second globally.

Founded by Aliko Dangote, this facility spans 500 hectares within the Lekki Free Trade Zone in Lagos, Nigeria, and was established at an investment of $2.5 billion. The Dangote Fertiliser Plant aims to produce 3 million metric tons of urea fertilizer annually at full capacity.

Since its operations began in March 2022, the plant has initiated exports to significant agricultural markets, including Brazil, India, the United States, and Mexico.
