Enhancing Cooperation between the DOJ and PCG; Three DOJ Officials Sworn in as Members of the PCG Auxiliary Corps
Three high-ranking officials from the Department of Justice (DOJ) of the Philippines were recently inducted into the Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary (PCGA) as part of ongoing efforts to bolster collaboration between the two entities.

Undersecretary Jesse Hermogenes T. Andres and Assistant Eliseo D.C. Cruz were conferred the ranks of Auxiliary Rear Admiral, while Planning and Management Service (PMS) Director Vanya Ysabel M. Maneja-Kharazmi was appointed Auxilliary Commodore. The induction ceremony, held at the PCG National Headquarters in Manila, was led by PCG Commandant Admiral Ronnie Gil L. Gavan. The new PCGA members have played key roles in the successful implementation of the Training and Educational Program for Law Enforcement Officers (TEPLEO), which was co-organized by the DOJ and the PCG. The DOJ is also preparing to launch the Training and Educational Program for DOJ Prosecutors and Law Enforcement Agents (TEPLEA), further cementing their commitment to enhancing the capabilities of law enforcement agencies under the Bagong Pilipinas initiative of President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin "Boying" C. Remulla expressed his appreciation for the strengthened partnership and encouraged all involved to uphold the rule of law with effectiveness, integrity, and mastery.
