1. A substantial POW exchange is planned, with 1,000 prisoners from each side to be released in the near future.
2. Ukraine has requested direct talks at the presidential level, and we are considering this proposal seriously.
3. Both parties will now outline their visions for a potential future ceasefire in detail.
