** We are on the lookout for a committed and detail-oriented Office Administrator to become part of our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in supporting office operations, facilitating smooth daily activities, and ensuring effective communication both internally and with clients. Key Responsibilities: - Provide effective administrative support to the team - Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities - Communicate with clients through email and phone - Address client service inquiries and ensure their satisfaction - Perform general office duties to ensure seamless operations - Collaborate closely with other teams to enhance productivity and workflow Qualifications: - Previous experience in office administration or a similar role - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred Note: Applicants must be available for local transfer.
