To promote public safety, the Calgary Police Service is providing the following information and warning concerning the release of a high-risk offender. Corey MANYSHOTS, 36, has completed a federal prison sentence for offenses including kidnapping, sexual assault causing bodily harm, robbery, and making threats.

He will be living in Calgary. MANYSHOTS is approximately 5'8" tall and weighs around 170 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He will be subject to court-ordered conditions, which include wearing an electronic monitoring device, and will be under supervision by the CPS High Risk Offender Program (HROP). The Calgary Police Service has decided to release this information after careful consideration of privacy concerns and the overall public interest in making the community aware of MANYSHOTS's release. Members of the public are encouraged to take appropriate precautions but are advised against engaging in any vigilante actions. About the CPS High-Risk Offender Program: The Calgary Police Service High-Risk Offender Program (HROP) supervises offenders released by the courts into the Calgary area who are classified as having a high risk of reoffending in a violent or sexual manner. In collaboration with law enforcement partners, HROP officers assess the risk factors associated with each offender and implement various strategies to ensure compliance with court-imposed conditions. These conditions may include electronic monitoring, restrictions on weapons, drugs, and alcohol use, mandatory counseling and treatment, curfews, and other relevant limitations. Cmcalgary report
