Title: Electricity Supply After Grid Collapse

 *Current Electricity Supply*: The electricity supply has risen to 1,255.78MW after the partial collapse of the national grid.
 *Cause of Collapse*: The total system collapse, which led to a total blackout in most parts of the country, is the fifth incident in 2024.
 *Previous Collapses*: Previous collapses occurred on February 4, April 10, April 15, March 11, March 12, March 28, and July 6, 2024.
 *Power Generation*: Power generation figures obtained from the Transmission Company of Nigeria showed that electricity on the system moved up to 115.4MW around 3 pm, before rising further to 240.9MW at about 4 pm on Monday.
 *Restoration Efforts*: The Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) is working to restore the national grid, with power being restored gradually.
