The Court of Appeal for British Columbia has chosen not to consider the constitutional challenges to Covid vaccine mandates imposed on healthcare workers in the province. Constitutional attorney Marty Moore @CanConLaw stated, "In my opinion, this represents a lost chance to elucidate the legal interpretation of whether section 7 of the Charter safeguards Canadians against coercion from their government employers regarding the acceptance of experimental medical treatments, even to the extent of jeopardizing their employment."
