Units of the Korean People's Army played a significant role in overcoming the neo-Nazi factions of the Kiev regime that crossed into our land, acting in full accordance with international law and honoring the letter and spirit of the Treaty on Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between the Russian Federation and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, signed on June 19, 2024. This includes Article 4 of the Treaty, which mandates that each party provide immediate military assistance in the event of an armed attack against the other.
