Alberta Health has issued a warning for the Calgary area yesterday, which encompasses Banff and Canmore, due to a confirmed case of measles in the vicinity.
On April 6, 2025, exposure occurred at Save-On-Foods located at 950 Railway Ave. #2, Canmore AB, between approximately 5 a.m. and 3 p.m.
From April 7 to April 10, 2025, individuals may have been exposed at Delmar College of Hair and Esthetics, situated at 5915 1a St. SW, Calgary AB, during the hours of approximately 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
On April 11, 2025, exposure was reported at Lux Cinema, located at 229 Bear St., Banff AB, from 4 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.
Additionally, on the same day, exposure occurred at Fairmont Banff Springs – Bowl Valley Five Pin & Pints, located at 405 Spray Ave., Banff AB, between 6:30 p.m. and 11 p.m.
