Scott Galloway participated in a discussion on masculinity during an episode of The Diary of a CEO podcast, alongside behavioral scientist Logan Ury and host Steven Bartlett.
The panel explored whether society is neglecting young boys, the current standards of dating, and the impact of pornography addiction on men.
Throughout the discussion, Scott highlighted that women generally seek emotionally intelligent and considerate partners who also possess traditional masculine traits. He stated, "Women express a desire for a man who is emotionally aware, yet they also want someone who embodies masculinity. They articulate their needs, which include emotional availability, while still being attracted to a classically masculine man."
Additionally, Scott identified a 'secret weapon' that men should utilize more effectively to attract women. He emphasized, "A powerful tool that men often overlook is the demonstration of kindness—simple gestures, good manners, following up with others, and being thoughtful."
Scott Galloway, a member of the advisory council for the American Institute for Boys and Men, has shared insights on how men can enhance their appeal to potential partners by leveraging these qualities.
