SpaceX's Starship experienced an explosion shortly after its launch, scattering debris throughout the sky. The rocket successfully lifted off from SpaceX's facility in Texas; however, approximately eight and a half minutes into the flight, the upper stage began to spin uncontrollably before losing communication and ultimately detonating.
