President Donald Trump. This agreement follows a phone call between Putin and Trump on March 18th. According to reports, Putin immediately ordered the Russian military to comply. In other news, a prisoner exchange between Russia and Ukraine is set to take place on March 19th, involving 175 prisoners from each side, plus the transfer of 23 wounded Ukrainian soldiers to Russia.
