Unfortunately, the actual outcome was quite underwhelming.
The economy ended up losing jobs overall, with only 1,100 new positions created, all of which were part-time.
In fact, while over 25,000 part-time jobs were added, an almost equal number of full-time jobs were lost within the Canadian economy.
