The largest swindle in Canada is the Liberals LMIA program. They advertise phony positions with absurdly high pay that have no intention of employing Canadians. Giving the position to an immigrant who paid $50,000 to attempt to enter the nation, only to have them pay their own wages in return... It's prohibited and known as payroll cycling.
