I agree with Premier Tim Houston that the BLOC leader should put the economic interests of all Canadians, including Quebecers, before of his anti-Alberta energy attitude. I'm already collaborating with Quebec Premier Francois Legault to use icebreaker ships to combat criminality and bolster Arctic sovereignty. Why not expand that collaboration to include more energy commerce across provinces? Or is the strategy to continue depending on Americans to meet Quebec's energy needs?
