Find Out If You Qualify for Express Entry Canada
This Express Entry draw marks the third round of invitations for the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) in 2025. Candidates with a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 521 or higher were invited to apply for permanent residence. The Canadian Experience Class is for skilled workers who have Canadian work experience and who wish to become permanent residents. This program is essential to Canada's immigration strategy because it recognizes the contributions of those who have already supported the economy.
In this fifth draw of 2025, 4,000 Invitations to Apply (ITA) were again issued to candidates in the Canadian Experience Class, with a minimum score of 527 on the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS).
In the last CEC draw (No. 333), 4,000 IPDs were also issued to candidates in the Canadian Experience Class, excluding those who had received a minimum score of 527 on the Comprehensive Ranking System. Consistency in the issuance of IPDs gives potential CEC candidates an additional hope of receiving an IPD. Understanding the Canadian Experience Class
The Canadian Experience Class (CEC) is an immigration stream of Canada's Express Entry system designed for temporary foreign workers and international graduate students who have gained skilled work experience in Canada. This program helps them transition from temporary status to permanent residence.
The CEC is administered under the Express Entry system and uses the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) to rank interested candidates. Candidates with competitive CGS scores receive invitations to apply for permanent residence in Canada. Number of candidates in the current Express Entry pool.
