  SUDAN: More than 7.1 million people have been internally displaced since the  war  began,  and 1.9 million people have fled to  neighboring  countries.
 
  PALESTINE:  As  of  the end of 2023,  6 million  Palestinian  refugees  were  under  UNRWA  mandate, 1.7 million of whom are in the Gaza  Strip.

MYANMAR: 3 million people are displaced within Myanmar, while 1.3 million are displaced across  borders.
 
  AFGHANISTAN:  More  than  10 million Afghans remain  displaced  worldwide,  most within their country or in  neighboring  countries.
