Our thoughts and prayers are with all those displaced by the horrific forest fires in California. We will support our American friends in any way they require during this crisis since good neighbours are always there for one another in times of need. In addition to other wildfire-fighting tools like water bombers and night-vision helicopters, we are getting ready to send incident command team support to California. In order to evaluate California's needs, Alberta is also actively collaborating with the federal government and the Canadian Interagency Forest Fire Centre (CIFFC).
