The Biden administration contacted Apple and Google and asked them to remove TikTok from the App Store on January 19th.
🚨 Congressman Michael McCaul, who wrote the bill to ban TikTok, invested $1.15 million in META AFTER the bill was written.
,
- On March 3rd, he wrote the bill to ban TikTok.
- On March 22nd, he invested $150,000 in META.
- On the 26th, he invested an additional $150,000.
- On the 28th, he invested an additional $150,000.
,
So, about three weeks after writing the bill to ban TikTok, this guy invested $450,000 in TikTok's competitor. ,
Oh, and then what he did after seeing that his TikTok ban would be included in all Ukrainian funding:
,
- Well, on April 1st he invested another $350k in META, followed by the fifth where he invested that amount again. ,
Then, about a week later, of course, he voted yes on the bill he had written. ,
So, in the span of 40 days, this guy wrote the bill to ban TikTok, invested $450k in the competitor, and then another $700k, bringing his total investment and META to $1.15 million. ,
And then he voted yes. Now obviously the word most people use here is suspicious, but the word we should use is criminal. ,
This guy wrote the damn bill to ban TikTok, invested over a million dollars in his competitor whose stock would plummet if TikTok was actually banned, and then voted for the bill to ban TikTok. ,
