U.S. Government Reveals Trudeau's Government of Canada Used 'Assault Weapons' Against Canadians
The findings of the U.S. Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic released on December 2, 2024 determined that Canadian government forces deployed automatic weapons against peaceful protesters in downtown Ottawa from February 14 to 20, 2022, calling for immediate legal accountability.
Law enforcement actions in Ottawa during this period may be formally prosecuted under the Criminal Code of Canada as follows:
The alleged acts
Section 88(1): Possession of weapons for purposes dangerous to the public peace
By deploying automatic weapons in a manner that endangers the public peace, hundreds of unidentified officers, whose location and nationality are unknown, are suspected of violating this Act.
Section 430(1)(c): Mischief over $5,000
The use of these weapons and associated actions caused significant damage to vehicles and economic disruption in downtown Ottawa. These intentional wrongdoings far exceed the monetary threshold described in this article.
Article 82(1): Possession of explosives
Reports suggest that police may have used or had access to explosives or devices intended to intimidate and control peaceful protesters, in violation of this article. Competence and Responsibility
Given the egregious nature of these acts, I suggest that the accused be tried and given an appropriate sentence, possibly in line with the 6.5 year precedent for similar offences in Alberta, which would ensure accountability and enhance public confidence in the justice system.
The deployment of automatic weapons against unarmed citizens and the involvement of unknown agents in these events have shaken public confidence. It is imperative that a thorough investigation be conducted and justice be served, regardless of who is in power.
