I have been warning about a national digital ID for years. According to a My Order Paper investigation, the Liberal government had inked a $105.3 million deal with the WEF in 2021 to introduce a traveller digital ID in Canada, even as they were labelling those who questioned them conspiracy theorists.
Federal officials are now covertly trying to put this into effect without any parliamentary oversight or consent.
