Thailand is taking steps to once again render recreational cannabis illegal.
Three years following the decriminalization of cannabis, Thailand is poised to reclassify it as a narcotic, which could lead to the downfall of a $1 billion industry and the closure of numerous cannabis shops in well-frequented tourist regions.
