Ane Charles Joseline, 30, arrived in the city on June 19. Acting on a tip-off, authorities inspected his luggage but did not discover any contraband. However, they detained him on suspicion and obtained court permission for an X-ray at JJ Hospital. The X-ray results indicated foreign objects in his abdominal area.
