Prime Minister Carney held a meeting with President Cyril Ramaphosa of South Africa in anticipation of the G7 summit scheduled for tomorrow.
As the presidents of the G7 and G20, Canada and South Africa are at the forefront of addressing comparable challenges and seizing opportunities. Given the current threats to the rules-based international system, the need for global cooperation has never been more critical.
