Calgary police are looking for a suspect in a hit-and-run incident involving a first responder.

The Calgary Police Service is requesting public assistance in locating a suspect involved in a hit-and-run incident that occurred on May 23, 2025. The suspect, driving a stolen 2017 blue Ford Fusion, was traveling at high speeds when they hit an on-duty member of the Calgary Fire Department and a parked 2008 black Porsche Cayenne on 2nd Avenue N.E. The driver fled the scene on foot after the collisions. The fire department member sustained minor injuries and was taken to the hospital. The vehicle was later found to be stolen from Calgary's Silverado neighborhood that morning.
