The collision   took place  close to  Gerrard and Parliament streets.

According to police, a   motive force  crashed   right into a  TTC streetcar   earlier than  hitting   any other  car  head on.

They   first of all  stated  that   4  occupants of that   car  then fled the scene on foot,   but  police   are actually  indicating that   3  humans  are in custody   and that they  do not  consider  that   all people  is outstanding.

Investigators did   now no longer  have any   on the spot  statistics  approximately  any injuries .

Paramedics, meanwhile,   informed  TV News Toronto that they assessed   at the least  one   man or woman  on the  scene,   but  couldn't  offer  any   information about  their condition.

Toronto police later   informed  CP24 that   there has been  no pursuit   previous to  the collision and that Ontario's Special Investigations Unit   isn't always  investigating.
