Linda LaPointe recently had a busy few days, starting with a selfless act of donating blood at the Boisbriand clinic. This marked her 32rd donation, which is incredible! She emphasized the importance of blood and plasma donations, as they can make a significant difference in the lives of patients in need.
Following her donation, Linda attended the 20th anniversary celebration of 4Korners, an organization that provides vital support to the Laurentian English-speaking community in various domains, including health and social services. The event highlighted the significant presence of almost 47,000 anglophones in the region, a number that showcases the diversity and vibrancy of the community. She was accompanied by her dedicated volunteer, Jenifer Goodwin, who shared in the festivities.
To conclude her week, Linda enjoyed a festive evening with the FADOQ Les Pionniers de Boisbriand. The atmosphere was filled with joy and camaraderie, featuring a delightful dinner and, as expected, some energetic dancing. It's always heartwarming to see communities come together to celebrate milestones and support each other.
