According to Tinubu, a safe environment is essential for the cognitive, emotional, and physical development of children. He emphasized that no child should have to live in fear of violence, abuse, or exploitation, and that it is our duty as a society to provide a nurturing atmosphere that allows them to reach their full potential.

The APC chieftain further stressed that the government, parents, teachers, and community leaders must work together to create an environment that is conducive to learning and growth. He urged policymakers to prioritize investments in education, healthcare, and social welfare programs that benefit children and families.
