Based on RCMP and CSIS findings that Indian Consulate officials use foot soldiers and proxies to spy on and harass pro-Khalistan Sikhs at community gatherings outside the Consulates, the Trudeau government should permanently close the Indian Consulates in Toronto and Vancouver.
