The popular Fête de la Musique in Paris turned into a scene of chaos and bloodshed on Saturday, as massive brawls broke out among festival-goers. The violence left six people stabbed, including a teenager who is critically injured after trying to defend his girlfriend from harassment.

The authorities responded swiftly, making 371 arrests to restore order. However, 13 police officers were injured in the clashes. The festival itself was marred by widespread destruction, with 51 vehicles set on fire.

The medical response was also put to the test, with 14 participants seriously injured and 1,500 sustaining minor injuries. The incident has shocked the city, with an investigation underway to determine the cause of the violence and bring those responsible to justice."
